The postRS errors were showing as 0 since I did the reset. However the broadband has started to freeze again, so I checked the BQM and the errors are now showing :

Can n VM employee come on and arrange an engineer visit as i am constantly having the internet freeze ?

I have been reading a few other threads with the same issues. I have a busy household so we are talking the following all connected:

x1 PC via ethernet cable (direct to hub)
x1 PC via ethernet but on smart link adapters
x1 PS4 via ethernet cable (direct to hub)
x4  mobile phones on Wifi

Could this be causing the loss of connection/dropped packets etc - as I have read that the Hub3 home router is not fit for purpose ?
