Had Virgin VIVID 500 fibre broadband installed today, engineer had left by the time I got home. Kids were already moaning about the speed so I kicked everyone off and tested the speeds (results below). The first three were from plugging my laptop directly into the hub, the others were from the same laptop over WiFi (5GHz), standing next to the hub. The direct download speeds are nowhere near the minimum guaranteed and the WiFi speeds are absolutely shocking. Wondering if the hub has been misconfigured or is faulty?
