Box stuck on installing software

Hi

I'm aware there's been issues,  my box went of 10.30am ,  everytime I switch it on it goes to installing software then says, check cables code I got was c119 an s390,  I replaced hdmi I replaced Internet lead,  switched everything of for hrs, still no joy.

I would suggest waiting until the outage issues VM are suffering have been resolved ...

Your box will need Network Access and that isn't available at the moment, unfortunately.

I just thought I'd keep trying as all my family & friends have been up an running for a while,  yes ur correct I need network to be stable to allow the software update.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV, we did have an outage which affected all tv services this is resolved now, how is it looking on your end?
