Hi our WiFi booster keeps losing its connection to the main hub every few days ! New customer here too any advice?!

Really sorry to hear that your booster keeps losing connection to the hub, this ins't good.
I can appreciate that you posted this on Sunday, so can I ask if you've been able to speak to the team since, has it been sorted?
If not then did you know on the help section of the Connect App you can message the team directly, pop them a message and they'll be able to assist further.
