Booster - hot to touch

Does anyone on here have a Wi-Fi booster? We received ours this week and the unit is really hot to touch after a little while. I've turned it off as I think it's dangerous. Has this happened to anyone else?

hot enough to burn you or just overly warm?
devices like these often run warm as they are passively cooled

Re: Booster - hot to touch

Definitely hot to touch, not warm. It has the same heat as when a mobile phone overheats, which isn't good
