NO warning all network access blocked at 1600 today: hub 3 shows network access blocked.
home working so wife and I both stuck unless we can regain access!! Don’t worry though after an hour on the phone and a text message I might get a fix after 24 hours.
just a guess probably home working means we are using too much bandwidth:(

Finally got in after yet another reset!! 5th this evening
status page shows cable status:-
downstream and upstream “update in progress “ downstream is scanning . Provisioning state is offline.
downstream page no data
upstream no data
config shows network access allowed but basically cleared
log — unit restored and lan login other than that about 15:20 so just before failure “no ranging response” and B-INIT-RNG failures lots of both.

Really sorry to hear that you have had some issues there.
How are things looking since your post? Have there been any improvements?
Have you managed to to do all the other steps such as rebooting the hub?

Router has been rebooted man many times.
