Block app on virgin Media hub 3

Hello. I'm samyl.. I have problem with virgin Media hub 3 I can block a website which is really good but when I did try using the app to see if its blocked too it wasn't. My question is how can I block a certain app on my virgin media hub 3. As I'm a parent and I want my kids safety. I can discount the devices but that not  solution. Please help.

Nope you can't block a app with the hub.

You can’t block an app.

If you know the url or server the app connects to you can try and block those in the websafe settings

You should be able to add the URL tiktok.com to the blocked list in the websafe settings
