Blinking red light no green light

Hi there, I have one of those routers that plugs into the wall. When I try to connect to the wifi on my phone it doesn’t fully connect and just says “weak security” there is a flashing red light on the router and the green wifi light is completely out. I’m not sure how to fix this, is there a way to restart the router or anything like that?

Lets start with.... what Hub model is it (it is printed on its base sticker)?

Is this a new Hub you have just received and are trying to set up?

Or has it been working fine - and now isnt ?
