Black spot checker not working

Hi there I have terrible internet in my office and the Wi-Fi black spot checker doesn’t work. I need to order a booster. Does anyone know how I order one?

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. 

The pods are available and in stock but as it stands, you have to call to place the order. You can speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 options 1, 2 then 1 again. 

If you've tried web chat or the app to order the Pods then you will get the error I'm afraid.
