Billing

I have spoken twice to operators regarding having £5 credit added to my account and they keep saying they’ve put it on but my bill does not change so what else can I do? I spoke to someone again today who assured me it’s now been added but my bill is still showing the same amount, is there a time scale in how long this will take?

What sort of account are you talking about? 

This is the broadband forum. Is this a broadband account or a phone, and what is the £5 for?

It’s for a broadband account, they overcharged me the previous month so said they would credit the following month with £5 and although it says I should have a credit on my account it hasn’t been applied.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems receiving your promised credit.  Are you able to confirm the date that you were advised the credit would be added?
