I’ve recently upgraded to the Big Bundle which includes intelligent WiFi pods and V6 TV box.

The WiFi pod arrived today but no sign of v6 TV box, do they usually come separately?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your V6 box.

Are you able to let me know if this has now been resolved? IF not we will be able to look into this for you.
