Best bits - data use summary

Hi, sorry I’m sure this has been asked and answered before;

I was trying to look at my data use, but there do not appear to be any actual figures anywhere on the page - bland overview telling me I’m in the top 50%

I guess that means for the whole household, inc WFH and streaming

I’m using safari on an iPad Pro - in case that makes a difference

Thanks in advance

nigel

Do you mean usage over VM broadband or over a VM mobile phone ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi John,
Thanks for coming back.   I’m looking for total broadband use through the hub.   Whatever the house is sucking up.  WFH, streaming media. So all devices, phones, tablets etc etc

I sure its an old question

my usage page has nothing indicating download data at all when viewed on ipad or macbook   I wondered whether VM are still actually providing it
thanks

nigel

I have never seen it either. Then again, as data is unlimited its rather irrelevant to me 🙂

Someone else may know more specifically.

I get the data through my Asus RT-AC86U router connected to my Hub 3 in modem mode.

I did think about switching to A&A but their cheaper tier is metered and their unmetered eye-wateringly  expensive. As I burn through 1tb a month sadly it is a no go.
