OK so I had the hub 3 and all was fine then I have just got the hub 4 and can't log into my hsbc app mbna app and Lloyd's app over WiFi.
When I turn wifi and use mobile data it works fine.
I have turned all parental controls off and Web safe and still doesn't work.
Also if I connect to WiFi and use a vpn I can log into all banking apps without issue. It seems to be something to do with hub 4 settings.
Any ideas people?

It is likely a change of Hub caused your home network's public IP Address to change and the historical abuse of that IP Address has resulted in the issue seen. Have you approached your bank for help?

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services.
It sounds as though the IP address might be blocked.
Have you used an online checker to see if this is the case?
