Help!
My Hub 3.0 is struggling with an intermittent signal and an orange light.
Whenever I test the signal, it says it's fine but struggling to connect.
Do I just need a new hub?

I am very sorry to hear you're noticing an orange coloured light on your Hub 3 router recently along with some connection issues. Please follow the steps below.
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on.
