Hi there,

Just switched over to Virgin today but WiFi signal doesn’t cover the whole house.

I have a BT signal booster and was told they are compatible with any broadband but can’t seem to get it to connect to the Virgin Router. Any suggestions?

Set the booster back to its initial settings as per the manual. It probably still has your old network address in it.

Do you know the make and model of the BT Booster? It should be printed on the back if it's a traditional booster, not too sure on their discs.

It’s a BT 11ac Dual Band Wi Fi extender

Model AP699GE8C2 CW158

Thank you

As mentioned by @Tudor it's probably best to factory reset it and try the setup again as it may still be locked to your old BT network. Instructions can be found below

Thank you both, the factory reset has worked a treat!
