Ok so I eventually had an engineer out who said my ‘levels’ were wrong but also the green box in the street was like spaghetti junction that needed sorting out, whatever he did fixed the problem and gave me a new hub. Fast forward to the past 2 weeks and the problem is worse than ever. BQM mintier shows complete packet loss. Can someone sort this out properly !
Tried all of that numerous times, worse than it has ever been, seriously considering going with Sk
Unfortunately this is invariably a false+ when using TBB (ICMP) BQM's due to obscure external peering/transit point routing (and Hub 3.0 firmware/resource compatibility) issues that are apparently "out-of-scope" of these fora! :(. "ergo, damnant quod non intelligent"
You can confirm this with. alternative UDP/TCP trace logs and often using other ICMP ping plot hosting servers., (for example - "firstname.lastname@example.org" and others) that have alternative routings along with TCP/Wireshark Sniffer traces......

I think what is being said is that the issue isn't with your broadband service but with the method th BQM uses to measure your service. There are inconsistencies in the network routine, and possibly incompatibilities with the VM Super Hub 3, which mean the BQM shows total loss of packets when, in fact, everything is working normally.
I have the same issue. Right now, my BQM is all red, yet I can connect to my door monitor and see the street outside my front door!
