BQM Problems with Hub 4

Hi all,

I posted the same question in the "Speed" sub-forum but there are no takers there, so I thought I'd try here:

My BQM 

You can see what happened when I switched from Hub3 to Hub4 at 15:30 yesterday.  I note that some have posted here that they have no issues with BQM and Hub4, so what, if anything, do I need to do in my hub settings to get this working?

You need to update the WAN IP address on your BQM
