BM connect app can't find Hub

Hi all, 

 

I'm normally quite good with tech but today a technician had to swap our Hub 3 due to a fault on the old one. However when I try to connect to it in the VM connect app it is constantly saying unable to find hub however all my devices are connected fine. I have reset the Hub and reinstalled the app. 

 

Any advice please?

@Cotterell55  This situation should resolve in a day or so as the VM systems update to recognise your change of Hub.
