Our internet went off completely this morning. Myself and my wife both work from home and on checking the status page it appears there is planned maintenance between 9 and 3 today and tomorrow.
No notice given of this or even informed at all which is a disgrace. If the internet is down tomorrow I will have to use holiday as I have no time to make alternative arrangements.
Can you please advise?
