Cannot connect my mobile to home wifi

need a bit more what happens when you try, what hub do you have, what have you tried already, can other wifi devices get online OK?

I rang virgin told me to reboot hub. All other devices connected ok.  It did not do anything. At wits end kept passing me to one department then the other.

I bought a new phone thinki9 my phone was faulty but its the same on it cannot conect to wifi

Have you tried 'forgetting' network connections on the device?
