This issue is happening more and more frequently but today is the first time the issue hasn’t been fixed by unplugging the hub for a minute or so. I’ve checked the service status which is fine and run a test through MyVirginMedia which said my equipment is off... it definitely is not. I can connect to the network via WiFi but there is just no internet connection.
My bill goes up every year and the service gets worse every year. Can someone please help with this issue as my partner and myself require the network to be up to make a living and don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a more reliable ISP.
