I’ve had the Arlo doorbell working until I upgraded to a hub 5.
move tried to connect this to our new WIFI and it says no doorbell found even though the doorbell is near to the router hub.
any help will be appreciated but note I’ve limited tech knowledge.

Reset the Arlo to its shipped state.
