Are my downstream and upstream power levels within spec?

Hello.

Been having major headches everytime I stream on twitch, with my upload speed taking a dive bomb which is really frustrating. Wondered if someone could advise if my power levels are within spec?

Concerned from what I've read that the qam needs dropping to 32? Seems to be a few T3 errors? Let me know what you think.

Best regards,

Ian

QAM is usually 64 on the upstream channels, and should not really drop to 32.

The stats you post look ok, other than the 'Post RS Errors' on one of the downstream channels, and a couple of T3 timeouts, however nothing to be too concerned about.

Create a BQM here and post the live link.

Here's the live link as requested.

As a side note, I had my router replaced today.

This is what it looked like on the old one yesterday.

Hi @IanBealio

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the broadband issues, especially as it's affecting you on Twitch. I fully appreciate the frustration that would cause.

I have done a system check today and can see you're affected by an SNR issue (signal to noise ratio). F010685762 - this is the fault reference. The estimated fix date is the 17th May at 12.15pm. Please monitor the connection after this date and report back any issues.

Best wishes.

Still having issues, just had a big outtage and had to restart the router AGAIN.

Are you able to diagnose anything?

Hi IanBealio,

Thanks for coming back to us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your connection lately. Checking things today, the hub is showing on and all upstream and downstream power levels are all within the optimal range. The uptime on the hub is great and no errors or timeouts are being detected.

The recent area fault has since cleared and been resolved so if you are still having an issue with your connection, please reboot the hub and monitor things for 24 hours. Pop back here and let us know what issues you're continuing to have so we can investigate further for you.

Many thanks,
