Still waiting for my WiFi pod. Did everything as suggested. Scanned house and one bedroom less than 5mbps.
Couldn't find anywhere to order WiFi pod. Went on live chat and finally got through to a human who assured me they had ordered a WiFi pod. 1 month later and nothing has arrived.
Do they even exist??
I've got a angry teenager with a little or no connection to his Xbox
How do I get my WiFi pod please????

When you ring up, make sure they confirm the order or you have to wait for an admin to see this thread and get it ordered for you

Sorry to see you are having problems ordering the wifi boosters. The Connect app can be a little awkard to use, especially when ordering wifi pods.
The info below is a copy paste of the steps provided by @John_GS (Forum Team) in how to order them when using the Connect app.
If that doesn't work you can call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one

Have you taken a look at our Connect App to see if you're able to order a WiFi Pod through there? If you're not able to order the WiFi Pod through the app, please give our dedicated team a call on 0800 064 3850 as @newapollo advised.
