My hub5 and apple devices wont connect correctly - constantly have a wifi network security error and been given instructions for accessing the hub however the instruction show to add password on hub however this doesnt work ive rung virgin repeatedly im sick of being cut off and ignored put in complaints and no one has fixed this issue

There are two passwords on the HUB.
It's not the network password, it's the other one.

Yes I’m aware but it doesn’t work at all and I’ve never changed it
