0800 5610061 is often the best way to check for service-affecting issues down to postcode/street-level

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear your internet went down after having a close thunder storm. The weather lately has been shocking here in Wales 😞
How are thing looking today for you? Checking your account I can see the Hub is showing as online and active and there are no faults in the area.
