Just had a REAL close thunder storm and internet went down.  Anyone else?

You can check for known area faults using the automated status line

0800 5610061 is often the best way to check for service-affecting issues down to postcode/street-level

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear your internet went down after having a close thunder storm. The weather lately has been shocking here in Wales 😞 

How are thing looking today for you? Checking your account I can see the Hub is showing as online and active and there are no faults in the area.
