For the last 5 days around 3pm my network drops.
I get usual errors in the logs about t3 timeout and no ranging response
Thinking of full fibre if that would help or bt style fibre. Currently tethering every day.
Any suggestions ?

Sounds like a local fault, Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.
