Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.
I have taken a look and it seems you are affected bySNR and FECS. This has now been resolved and the connection is looking good from this side.

I have taken a look and your modem SNR is too low and I can see some power adjustment failures. I would like to get an engineer out to take a look at this for you.
