Android update

Hi. I can't update my android phone over WiFi it just keeps pausing. I have to use mobile data. I have even factory reset. Still the same. Any ideas?

That's quite a large download.

Have you tried holding your phone close to the Hub?

Do you have other devices sharing the broadband?  If so turn them off during the download.

It's only 400 meg. No other device was on. Was 1am after work. I'm on 100 MPs superhub 3.

How good is the WiFi signal at the point you were using it?

How long is it taking ? 1am is primetime USA - if the Android server is getting hammered by them it might take some time. My Apple iOS updates can take an hour or so sometimes.
