Always On VPN issue

Gregsy
On our wavelength

I work from home and have successfully been using my work laptop to access my work folders using 'Always On VPN' for a long time. On Friday this changed and I can't access it via Wi-fi. I can if I put an ethernet cable in the router but this isn't practical to sustain. I've talked to Virgin Media and my employers ICT people several times about this issue and have got nowhere. My work says it's my ISP and the IP address. Virgin say it's my works' VPN. I can't get anywhere. Does anyone know how I can make a complaint to Virgin without having to hang on the phone? Also, any ideas to solve this?

Hi ChrisC4,

Thanks for coming back to us on this and updating the thread with where you're at with this now.

We're sorry to hear that you've ended up having to buy a separate router. As there is no other issues, it's more than likely a setting on the VPN that's not compatible with our Hubs.

Either way I'm glad it's working for you now. If you have any further issues please pop back and let us know.

Thanks,
