All4 app geoblocked

We use the All4 app on a daily basis. Suddenly, a couple of weeks ago when we tried to play anythint it said "geoblocked" or "forbidden".

The app works fine when you watch using mobile data on a phone but doesn't work when connected to Virgin WiFi, on any device, mobiles or TV.

I realise it sounds like a VPN issue but I dont use VPNs.

This doesn't appear to impact any other apps.

Any ideas?

What device are you using this app on?

Do any laptops connected via Ethernet, have the same problem?

I get the same issue on all devices - 3 different mobile phones and 2 different TVs.

The TVs are connected via ethernet

Sorry to hear this is happening.

Can I just confirm.

You have no 3rd party router.

Does this happen on the Set Top Box.

Are you using a VPN?

It happened suddenly. No changes were made to any settings or anything.

I don't have a set top box. I am watching All4 app on 3 different Samsung tvs and 3 different Samsung mobile phones. All have same issue

Okay we aren't of any issues which could be affecting any customers on this.

That is correct. The app is not working on the TV through a smart TV or through an app on mobile phones

maybe it's an application error. did you try re installating the application 

Yes, I have tried reinstalling the app. Still have the same issue
