Adult site

I looking for some help. My wife is an adult model agent and uses [MOD EDIT: REMOVED] as her website. However as of yesterday afternoon the site cannot be accessed full and will not load it correctly. I have tried access other porn sites and they load and work fine. Adultwork will load fine on 4G so it's is not s problem with the site. 

I believe it is an issue with my router settings which I have not adjusted. I've tried rebooting and resetting but this hasn't seemed to work. I'm looking for answers for the next step as this is my wife's and my families income and need it working

I am having the exact same issues since lastnight - seems to be only virgin media customers with ongoing issues with DNS issues even with cache cleared and router reset. Impossible to work.

Does look to be an issue, though, it's intermittent, but you could try changing your DNS settings on your computer to try using a public DNS like Google or Cloudflare:

Our support team have asked what is happening when you try to load the site. Are you getting an error message? Feel free to post a screenshot as long as it's appropriate for this space.

I can access the main site but the thumbnails and galleries aren’t loading. The help page gives an error message but by far the biggest concern is that the cam broadcaster accessed from the main site does not recognise the fact that we are logged in. It just keeps saying log in but I already am logged in! Not sure the screenshots will be much help but here you go

You can't see anything when loading up the page no pictures show then when I go to broadcast it keeps telling me to login and I am already logged into it. Sometimes it won't even pull up the adultwork.com website. It's been like this for my sense yesterday Thank you for help

I can access the site however through EE. Unfortunately as it's a hotspot it isn't enough for me to be able to work.

Thanks very much appreciated as tons of other girls are reporting this issue with it also as  adultwork aren't helping much they keep saying clear dns cache not working.
