Admin page doesn’t load

I’m connected to the router on the Wi-Fi, and get an IP of 192.168.0.41

When I try to go to 192.168.0.1 I get nothing, just a blank browser.

i also tried via a laptop and a cable connection to the back of the router, same thing.

I have reset the router, it still works fine, but still no admin page?

It is not in modem mode.

If you could arrange a replacement router that would be very helpful.
