Hi team,
At the time of registration, somehow I am not sure my mail id taken as incorrect. So, I didn't receive any email from virgin media so far.
I would like to pay my monthly bill. It is asking for my account number which is completely unknown to me.
Please do resolve this.

Can you logon to your account online ? if so it will be on there. Cant remember what you need to have to logon.
