Hi all, I've seen a few threads mentioning this issue, but wanted to start my own for it to be - hopefully - easily resolved.
Over the past few days I have been getting the message when visiting some websites. For example, Tesco:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://dce-homepage.tesco.com/"
I have followed guidance on another thread but was wondering if anyone could shed any light on this?
Thank you!

Hi jaysnet,
What happens if you try https://www.tesco.com/ ?

Hi, if I try the normal website, which is what I'm trying to access, I get that exact error message I mentioned.
Thank you,
Jason.

Hi again Jason,
Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache or try a different browser?
Also try incognito mode.
Have you tried rebooting the VM hub, or a 60 second pinhole reset?
Are you just using the VM hub, or do you have another router attached?
If using a different router try changing the DNS server on that network to a third-party one, such as Google's DNS server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then restart the system

Thanks Dave, I'll try that in the morning and let you know how I get on. 👍😊

Bizarrely, I can access the website today! Perhaps something at Tesco's end... Thanks anyway, much appreciated!

Hi jaysnet,
Thank you for coming back to us and for the update, glad to hear you can now access the website, it does sound like it may have been a issue their end.
Regards
Paul.
