Access Denied,. me Too

Received the same Access denied as other users. 

Re-booted, reset, checked cables, nothing worked:

To close this off, 

Had an engineer come out to check the lines. There was no signal, went to the Virgin Box on the pavement and when he opened it up  we noticed that a previous engineer had done some work on the box, unplugged my fibre cable and plugged another house cable in the socket without re-connecting mine.... Go figure.

Not very professional...

Anyway, they sorted it out now and all working now..
