Hi all, 

I am fed up with the Hub 4.0 poor wifi signal (we seem to not be able to get it in the room above the router room!) and looking for a reasonably priced solution.  I have found the ASUS RT-AX56U https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-RT-AX56U-Dual-Band-MU-MIMO-Protection/dp/B081TQ91TC?th=1  and wondered if this would work when the Hub 4.0 is in modem mode? We have GIG1 fibre.

It should work absolutely fine.. and if you find that wifi is still poor in some areas, you can add other asus units to form a mesh..
