Laptop connected to home WiFi has stopped connecting. Advice from work IT is that it is trying to connect via the Microsoft VPN and router must allow VPN and RADIUS comms? Any idea how to enable this? Laptop previously worked with this router.

It’s a Hub 4. Has worked for some time but now stopped. Not tried a cable yet...

AOVPN is very common and should work.
What model hub is it? There have been issues with the new hub 5 and vpns.
Have you tried an ethernet cable connection?
