A Hub 3 been delivered to us... but we didn't order one. Mystery! Is this normal?

We even received text messages saying it was going to be delivered, so we know it's not for a neighbour. No one in the house recalls ordering a new hub.

We've had the same one for YEARS. Is there a chance we're just due for a free upgrade and have been sent one? If so, why was there no message telling us that?

Confused. & couldn't get through to a human at customer services, to ask.

I'm all for quicker broadband, we just want confirmation that it's not going to cost us extra before we set it up.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

There is a slim possibility that your area is having the VM landline phone converted to the new system where the phone is plugged into the hub. Some older hubs do not support this and need replacing. Of course this may not apply to you if you do not have a landline phone. A VM staff member will be able to sort it out for you.
