9Xbox displaying wrong IP address

Disney+ won't work on xbox one. After 55 minute phone call to Disney+, restting, clearing cache, resetting router, etc, etc they sussed that there is an issue with the IP address displayed on xbox. We tried to reset but it cam back with same IP address. Appreciate if someone could advise how to change IP address through router? Thanks!

You can't change the IP address of your VM hub. Why did they say it was wrong?

Hi, no idea, they just said there was an issue with it! 

I've got no other ideas how to resolve it do going with any suggestions! Disney+ works on 2 mobiles & laptop. Works on daughters boyfriend xbox when he brought his round. Only thing that it won't work on is daughters xbox!

I think you will agree that if all those devices work at yours, including another xbox, there can't be much wrong with the Virgin connection.

I'm afraid you will have to go back to Disney.

Then there isn't an issue with the "Xbox IP" as it will be getting the same public IP address as the other devices.

Have you assigned a static IP address the Xbox? If so, remove it and allow the usual process of an IP address to be dynamically allocated by the hub's DHCP server.
