72 times before being allowed to queue for an agent

Finally in the queue to speak to an agent after trying 72 --- yes --- 72 times and just being cut off. Now I have an hour's wait to look forward to!

One post is enough - 3 is not doing you any favours 🙂

Call at 08.00 for best chance of getting through quickly  Follow options 1,1,4,4 they will pick that up quickly.

What do you want to speak to them about - someone on here might be able to sort your issue?
