5hub wi-fi issues

Just got Hub 5 installed, my laptop doesn’t see the wi-fi connection although other devices such as kindle and mobiles connected without issues.

can anyone help please? 

I’ve switched it on and off and looked at various option in device manager and network adapters.

the thing is that our previous Virgin router worked perfectly fine on the same laptop. 
can I request a new router?

In the Hub 5's WiFi Security try disabling WPA3 leaving just WPA2-PSK.

Sorry to hear you have been unable to connect your laptop to your new hub 5. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to help. Did you try the advise given by @Client62 ? Also, have you tried a reset on your hub to see if the connection shows up? https://virg.in/ConnectHelp
