I have lost my 5G Wireless signal. This happened a couple of weeks ago, and an online assistant restored it. Now it has happened again. One issue both times was that both the 2.4 g and the 5g service are showing with a "-2G" suffix in Virgin Media Connect app. This is confusing.
I have checked the Modem advanced settings, and both 2,4g and 5g are enabled. Can't connect to 5G. This is annoying as some devices (e.g. Amazon Fire Stick) are 'freezing', rendering them almost unusable. I have a Hub 3.
