5G no longer an option on router

Hi all,

Had some network problems this morning, router reboot a couple of times and now the 5G has completely disappeared, not even 'flashing' on the router? Any suggestions please?

What Hub model is it? If you log into the settings is the SSID still correct and has the "disable 5GHz" button been tabbed? If not click it off - then back on

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have been having issues with your Router and the 5G option, I have managed to locate you account with the details we have for you and can see you have spoken to us and we advised a reset, how are thing since this are you now able to see the 5 GB connection?
