I've been having a problem for at least a year now whereby my WiFi randomly ceases to provide internet access over the 5G bandwidth (all devices show connected but no internet); this happens about twice a week on average and can only be fixed by a restart of the Superhub 2. The 2G bandwidth is not affected nor is a wired connection, it is only the 5G bandwidth that goes down and this is a very annoying problem.
Any advice please or a way I can ask for a new Superhub?
