Not sure if this is the right place but anyone else getting 403 error when trying to access the main page https://virginmedia.com or anything under that address such as my.virginmedia.com ?

I've created a completely new Firefox profile and tried it from there - It works fine, anyone got any ideas on what could cause this?

Deleted cookies for the site - Now working again

Hi @martinjh99 

I was going to suggest deleting cookies as they may be corrupted or try an incognito/private window.
