2.4Ghz stopped working in CF14 1TD can’t get into Virgin app

Nothing to do with the area you are located. 2.4Ghz is one of the two wireless bands used for WiFi. What hub do you have? Does 5Ghz band work? Do Ethernet cabled devices work?

Thanks for your reply - the 5 MHz works well, the ethernet connection is fine but the 2.4 MHz is very poor and a few of my older appliances only work on 2.4MHz. I included my postcode as the Virgin website was unavailable so I wondered if it was local as opposed to a personal problem.
