How can I stop our Microwave interuting our services?

options are have the hub relocated away from the microwave, change the channel on the hub ->

Your microwave oven should not be radiating sufficiently to interrupt WiFi, unless perhaps your device is sitting right in front of it.

That radiation can be harmful to eyes and other sensitive organs. I would replace the oven to be safe.

Just to add, you could try cleaning the metal seal around the door, and the surfaces it presses against.

Sometimes these get greasy and fail to make proper contact. They must make an electrical contact along 100% of their length.
