Hi I’ve recently upgraded to 1GBPS internet and it keeps dropping the connection on all devices at random times during the day and night. I’ve set up a thinkbroadband monitor and I’ll post that as well as power levels.

I am sorry for any issues with the broadband. You do need a tech visit as some of the downstream channels are out of specification.
