just signed up and all is running ok but i cannot seem to register for my virgin media account online. i would have liked to use webchat as i am hard of hearing so telephones are not a good means of contact for me, but webchat saus it is not available.
I am hanving the same problem I have signed up my box etc is being delivered tomorrow, I haveall the relevant/necessary info but whe I put the requested info into regoester my VIRGIN MEDIA ACCOUNT i get the following message:
The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again.
Believe me I have double and triple checked I am entering the correct info, I am but to no avail
